How to get grant funding for installing Level 3 DC Fast Charging stations in Texas

If you own or manage a gas station or other commercial real estate property in Texas that wants to stand out and attract #electricvehicles (EVs) and EV drivers, you'll want to apply for this grant. Applications are expected to open in Fall 2021. Complete program details have not been released but here is what we know so far: -Approximately $20.9M+ available in funding -This program is available statewide for the purchase and installation of Level 3 DC Fast chargers in a public, work-place, or multifamily setting -Public Locations qualify for 70% of project costs with a $600,000 max per location (multiple DCFC can be installed at each location) -Workplace and Multi-Unit Dwellings will qualify for 60% (same cap) -The program will be administered on a first come, first served basis. Insights from the Field - NEW YORK - Get Funding for EV charging stations

There is a MASSIVE need for more charging stations in New York to support all these #electricvehicles (EVs) & drivers. If you are a commercial property owner considering installing commercial EV charging stations at your NY property, now is the time to act. There are several active programs available in NY State that will help fund your EV charging station project and significantly decrease total upfront costs & investment. Many of these incentives can be stacked and used together. •PSEG Long Island’s Electric Vehicle Make Ready Program helps cover up to 100% of eligible make-ready costs (for Level 2 & 3 EV charger installations) •ConEdison -- covering up to 100% of make-ready infrastructure costs (for Level 2 & 3 EV charger installations) •New York State Tax Credit -- get a tax credit of up to $5,000 for the purchase and installation of an electric vehicle charging station •New York State Municipal Zero-emission Vehicle (ZEV) Rebate and Infrastructure Grants provides grants to cities, towns, villages, and counties (including New York City boroughs) to purchase electric vehicle supply equipment for public use. Application deadline for this program is approaching, October 29, 2021.
